How do you turn the brightness up on an Acer Aspire 5100?

the screen is a little dim, it is plugged in, and was only recently purchased. I’m sure there aren’t any problems. so how do i turn up the brightness?

look at the keyboard, der might b a key like fn or some thin lik tat in square box near windows key or alt or ctrl key

after tat look for the key having up arrow alongwith the function keys at the top also in similar squared box

press fn key and the up arrow key simultaneously and d brightness wil increase
